The Project 

The Integrated Nepean Hospital project involves the design and construction of new state-of-the-art hospital facilities to meet the growing healthcare needs of Western Sydney. The project includes a new hospital tower, expanded emergency services, and enhanced clinical spaces. CPB is committed to delivering this critical infrastructure while maintaining the highest safety, quality, and sustainability standards.  

Your opportunity 

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of this major healthcare infrastructure.  Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and financial targets. 

  • Overseeing the project’s financial and office administration, maintaining accurate records, cost control, and documentation aligned with CPB’s governance standards. 

  • Assisting the Project Manager with the preparation and review of the monthly project report, including tracking of completed works, program progress, and cost performance data. 

  • Developing and managing your own work schedule to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs that meet project deadlines. 

Our minimum requirements for this role are: 

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in contracts administration within the construction or infrastructure sectors; healthcare or hospital project experience is highly regarded. 

  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, contract law, and compliance requirements. 

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects. 

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including experience with project management and financial systems. 

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a sensitive healthcare environment.
