The Role:

As the Site Administrator, you will provide high level administrative support to the project management team as well as being responsible for completing a general broad scope project related administrative duties.

In addition, you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

  • Processing of supplier payment claims and account maintenance, including directly liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve billing issues.
  • Review of invoice supporting information to ensure compliance with TSA requirements.
  • Processing & maintenance of financial approvals & records

About you:

To be successful you will ideally have the following experience and capabilities:

  • Experience working in finance/accounts payable administration with experience managing and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Corporate or site-based experience within construction, transport, or related industries is desirable
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment.
  • Proficient to Advanced Microsoft Skills.
  • Strong level of written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
  • Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills.
