Your opportunity

As Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of building services throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This includes from Pre Contracts and Tendering through to Construction Delivery. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of building services across construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Foster strong collaboration between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure integrated service outcomes.
• Develop and execute strategies that ensure services are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Uphold CPB Safety Essentials and actively promote the One HSE Cultural Framework across all activities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with the Design consultants, including Architects and Services consultants

Minimum Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the Building, Construction, or Civil industries in Australia.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and coordination of services packages.
• Proven experience managing comprehensive building services packages and the commissioning of them
• Strong background in Electrical, Fire (Dry & Wet), Hydraulics and HVAC (including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.
