Your opportunity

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the Senior People & Culture Advisor will sit within the P&C Team and be accountable for:

· Contributing to the achievement of the CPB and Business Unit plans and strategy by working closely with the Vic&Tas project Teams and delivering P&C related initiatives

· Provide expert advice on people matters

· Collaborate with Talent, Work Winning, Learning & Development Teams to achieve the best outcomes for the business

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

· Experience in a similar generalist People & Culture Business Partner role

· Experience managing complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on Remuneration & Benefits initiatives and other P&C matters

· Demonstrated experience initiating and driving leading edge HR initiatives and supporting client group through periods of organisational change

· Strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders

  Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic solutions
