Your opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Pre Contracts & Risk, the Contract Administrator will sit within the project commercial team and be accountable for:

  • Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts
  • Managing the financial administration for the project
  • Managing the site office administration for the project
  • Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, programme and cost data
  • Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
  • Experience in Tier1 projects highly regarded
  • Proven experience managing contracts in a similar projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in specific contracts
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
