Your opportunity
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of all aspects of digital engineering delivery across the project, ensuring alignment with project objectives, standards, and timelines.
Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the Digital Engineering Manager will sit within the project team and be accountable for:
- Development and implementation of project standards, methods and procedures in accordance with ISO19650
- Managing the automation of federated digital information and structured data models
- Supporting construction teams reporting through setting up of PowerBi reports from the PIM
- Delivering the AIM
- Promoting and developing improvements and capturing lessons learnt
- Developing and delivering against project goals and objectives
- Liaising with Consultants, Subcontractors and Fabricators setting the minimum digital engineering standards for the project
- Representing the Project Team in Client facing design and digital engineering meetings
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, related AEC field or suitable industry experience
- 10+ years' experience in delivering major infrastructure projects
- Experience in managing Digital Engineering through design and construction phase of major infrastructure projects
- Ability to influence with strong management skills. Comfortable engaging with all project stakeholders including client facing representation.
- Ability to lead, engage and inspire Digital Engineering team and wider project team to adopt digital processes and technology.
- Experience in developing strategy for full project lifecycle approach to digital deliveryDemonstrated experience in identifying project information requirements and managing digital data across major infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated technical understanding of CDEs and DE Systems
- Ability to structure and implement Digital Engineering processes to support DE task teams
