Your opportunity

We are seeking a Building Foreman to support the successful delivery of a major data centre project, driving the next wave of digital and AI-enabled growth. We are seeking experienced professionals with a track record of delivering data centre projects and an understanding of the complexities of hyperscale and enterprise-grade environments. This is a career-defining opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project and play a key role in its successful delivery through construction, commissioning and handover.

About the role You will oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be responsible for:

· Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities

· Leading subcontractors, trades, and labour hire teams

· Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

· Coordinating materials, equipment, and site logistics

· Liaising with Project Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders

· Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety meetings

· Maintaining site records, reports, and documentation

What you'll bring:

· Trade qualification in Building/Construction or equivalent industry experience

· White Card (mandatory)

· Relevant licences/tickets (e.g. EWP, Working at Heights) highly regarded

· Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and WHS requirements

· Well-developed leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
