- Drive a high-performance project culture by promoting organizational values, behavioural standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Superintendents, Supervisors, Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers, and Site Engineers to successfully deliver project objectives.
- Manage the delivery of works through a combination of self-performed and subcontracted activities, ensuring productivity, quality, and commercial outcomes are achieved.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading teams in the successful delivery of large-scale civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary design practices and construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial and commercial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Sound understanding of contract management, commercial frameworks, and legal compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of industrial relations and relevant construction legislation and regulations.
- Strong capability in safety, environmental, and quality management, including risk assessment and mitigation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive project success.
