Your opportunity 

  • To provide all administration and documentation support to the project as required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project and site.

Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Administrator will sit within the project team and be accountable for:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, ensuring compliance systems and documentation are maintained accurately
  • Coordinate workforce inductions, onboarding documentation, licences, competencies and training records
  • Support the preparation of project reports, KPI tracking and data management across systems
  • Maintain project registers, records and documentation, including audits, training, certifications and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions and project events, including scheduling, logistics and record keeping
  • Assist with site audits, inspections and compliance activities, working closely with project and operational teams

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles within civil construction or a related industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
