The Project

This exciting project involves the delivery of a major infrastructure and facilities development. The scope includes the construction of modern buildings, functional workspaces, and landscaped outdoor areas designed to support a range of operational and community needs. The project aims to create high-quality, sustainable facilities that will provide long-term value and contribute positively to the local community.

Your opportunity

We are looking for experienced Site Engineers to join the project team. You will monitor the project plan, ensure upfront quality requirements are in place, resolve engineering issues, assist with the administration of subcontractors, complete and record quality inspections, ensure technical matters with the project are compliant and drive a zero-harm safety culture on site. 

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Proven experience delivering building infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles to ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Experience in subcontractor management and supervision.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with design teams, construction delivery teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to coordinate, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
