CPB Contractors Pty Limited and UGL Engineering Pty Limited (together the Systems Connect Line-wide project) is delivering the Line-wide works (LW works) package of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest (SMCSW) project, which will extend the Sydney Metro from the CBD to Bankstown.

One of the key packages of work includes the fit out of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest tunnels and stations including provision of track, overhead wiring, HV reticulation, tunnel ventilation, fire services and tunnel services.

With the project now in the delivery phase, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced commercial resources to join our team based in either North Sydney or one of a number of our project sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to join a Tier-1 organisation and be part of a high performing, supportive and fun team !

We are seeking:

  • Senior Contract Administrators

 About You

You are a problem solver and have a “can-do” attitude, and want to be part of a team that delivers a key infrastructure project for the state of NSW.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience working on infrastructure projects or
  • Worked on large scale projects >$250M
  • Managed large sub-contracts between $2M-$5M
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in either construction management, law, engineering
  • Experience in head contract management (variations submissions, delay claims) and sub-contractor management (assessing payment claims, creating payment schedules and assessing variations)
  • Experience in leading and managing small teams
  • Effective communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • The ability to establish great working relationships with internal teams and the supply chain
  • The ability to create high-performing teams
  • A focus on outcomes, and is results driven
