What does the job look like?

Join us in a fast-paced coordination role where you’ll play a vital part in keeping delivery operations on track across the country. This 12-month max-term opportunity is open to candidates based in Footscray (VIC), Erskine Park (NSW), or Hazelmere (WA). It’s ideal for someone with a background in supply chain or logistics looking to step into a white-collar operational role. You'll manage allocations, support compliance, and help resolve real-time issues to keep things moving smoothly. The role operates on a 2-2-3 rotating roster, working 4am–2pm, with every second weekend off. Key areas: 

  • Allocate runs to subcontractor drivers across various regions
  • Monitor and manage key compliance metrics such as On Time Arrival and handheld usage
  • Respond to incidents with evidence collection, driver interviews, and escalation
  • Keep systems and tracking tools up to date, including allocation sheets and truck availability
  • Resolve delivery and admin issues through coordination with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure safety and fatigue compliance

Are you the one?

You bring practical experience in supply chain or logistics and are ready to take the next step in a structured operations environment. You’re organised, proactive, and confident working with systems in a time-critical setting. You can demonstrate:

  • Experience in a supply chain or logistics environment
  • Readiness to step into a white-collar operational role
  • Confidence using web-based systems, dashboards, and live tracking tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and resolve system-based issues
  • Strong geographical knowledge and understanding of delivery timeframes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a time-critical environment
