What does the job look like?

We’re currently seeking experienced Pick Packers to join our high-performing team based in Derrimut, Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent day shift role (6am, 8am or 10am starts) within a highly automated, clean, well-organised, and supportive warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times
  • Accurately picking and packing orders in line with customer requirements
  • Handling a variety of products, including heavy industrial and paint goods
  • Staging and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading cartons and stock where required
  • Supporting general warehouse activities, including replenishment and housekeeping
  • Monitoring and updating freight movements using SAP and online booking systems
  • Contributing to a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Are you the one?

  • Previous pick packing experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience handling manual cartons and working with RF scanners (preferred)
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems, including SAP or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
  • Very safety conscious and able to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Access to reliable transport
  • Strong work ethic — reliable, punctual & hardworking
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
