About the Role

We are seeking a talented, innovative, and highly motivated Web Designer to join our dynamic eCommerce & Marketing team! As a key contributor to the team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Web Designer to create visually compelling and user-centric designs for websites, mobile platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing content. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing eCommerce team, where you’ll have access to a wealth of resources, cutting-edge tools, and a supportive network of experts. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compelling visual and written content for both websites and email marketing campaigns. This includes creating engaging layouts, ensuring the messaging aligns with brand identity, and maintaining a seamless integration of text, imagery, and interactive elements
• Regularly refresh and optimise website content, including images, copy, and multimedia elements, to keep the site aligned with brand marketing strategies
• Take a proactive approach in conceptualising and developing fresh design ideas for websites, constantly exploring new trends and technologies to enhance the brand’s online presence
• Develop new design ideas for our websites and pro-actively develop new concepts and tools to communicate brand personality online
• Create, design, and execute high-quality HTML email campaigns that are not only visually appealing but also optimised for engagement and conversion
• Ensure all emails are mobile-responsive, accessible, and follow best practices for deliverability and performance

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and technical proficiency
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, with a solid understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually engaging layouts
• Demonstrated expertise in front-end development, including proficiency in HTML and CSS, with an eye for detail in coding and design implementation
• Practical knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce environments, and mobile web technologies, including the ability to design and develop responsive websites and applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present design concepts clearly
• A genuine passion for digital design and innovation, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field
• Experience with the Salesforce platform is preferred, though not mandatory, and would be an asset in driving digital transformation initiatives
