We’re looking for a Principal SAP Functional (OTC & TM/SD) to join our SAP capability in a hands‑on, influential role working closely with the business to design and deliver fit‑for‑purpose SAP solutions.
This role suits an experienced SAP consultant (ex‑Big 4 or SI background) who enjoys solving complex business problems, leading people, and is now looking to settle into a stable, long‑term role where they can genuinely own outcomes.
- Lead and manage an offshore SAP delivery team
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Take ownership of SAP solutions including billing within the Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned to business needs
- Contribute to solution design, thinking creatively and pragmatically rather than relying on “out‑of‑the‑box” answers
- Operate comfortably across both functional and technical discussions
- Play a key role in shaping SAP Billing solutions within an S/4HANA ERP Program
This is a role with real influence — you’ll be trusted to make decisions, guide solution direction, and manage stakeholder expectations.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP ECC 6 and S/4HANA
- Proven functional expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) and Transportation Management (TM) and Sales and distribution.
- Experience leading or coordinating offshore SAP teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to operate at both functional and technical levels
- Background in consulting or system integrators
- Experience designing end‑to‑end SAP OTC and Billing solutions rather than narrow module ownership
- Someone looking to transition from consulting into a more stable, long‑term environment
