Remuneration: $113,075 - $128,126 pa HEW Level 8 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity
Only Indigenous Australians are eligible to apply as this position is exempt under the Special Measure Provision, Section 12 (1) of the Equal Opportunity Act 2011 (Vic).
Reporting to the Aboriginal Community Engagement Lead the focus of this role will be to utilise specialist knowledge to oversee and support the delivery of high-quality community engagement, education and research services to support the operations of the Monash Rural Health.
As the successful candidate you will work with the Aboriginal Community Engagement Lead to deliver the implementation of the Monash Rural Health Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Framework 2021-2030 within the Gippsland region and will liaise with community, industry and government agencies to support the complex delivery of the strategy. You will provide Cultural and Community guidance for Monash Rural Health sites in Gippsland and work with the Office of Head of School to provide support to each of the organisational units within the School.
The appointee will have:

- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- extensive experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
