Remuneration: $140,157 - $148,769 pa HEW Level 09 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative culture, engagement, and change initiatives that elevate performance, aligned with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor and hands-on change expert, you will:

  • Lead organisational change across complex transformation programs, including operating model redesign.

  • Design and deliver engagement strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

  • Coach leaders and teams through change, building internal capability. 

  • Assess change impacts and risks, and develop tailored plans to support smooth transitions.

  • Collaborate across HR and business units to embed new ways of working. 

What You Bring

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused leader with:

  • Proven experience in complex change and transformation.

  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship-building.

  • Expertise in organisational design, development, and cultural alignment.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect the dots between data, people, and performance.

  • Qualifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) or HR/Organisational Psychology (highly regarded).
