The Opportunity

The Assessment Integrity Coordinator plays a critical role in safeguarding academic standards across the assessment lifecycle. This position delivers high-level administrative and analytical support to centralised assessment operations, ensuring integrity is upheld through rigorous investigation, reporting, and quality assurance. With a strong focus on accuracy and process excellence, the role contributes to the effective delivery of secure, reliable, and fair assessment experiences for all students.

This position will be responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating complex administrative processes that underpin eAssessment delivery, including scheduling, reporting, coordinating projects and resource allocation. It will contribute to the review of suspected academic integrity incidents, producing detailed reports for diverse stakeholders while maintaining clear and professional communication channels. The role also supports and guides casual misconduct reviewers, contributes to quality assurance processes, and analyses performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements. In addition, the role ensures compliance with privacy and data security standards, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and provides timely, expert advice to support operational excellence.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. You will bring a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to identify and resolve issues that may impact academic integrity. A collaborative yet independent working style, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery are essential. Experience with business systems, particularly Learning Management Systems in a higher education environment, will further support your success.
