Remuneration: $120,138 - $132,610 pa HEW Level 08 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager, Gippsland to lead the operational management of Monash Rural Health’s programs across key sites in Warragul, Bairnsdale, Sale, Leongatha and Traralgon. Working in close partnership with the Director MRH Gippsland, the role is responsible for implementing operational frameworks aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative services that support academic and research programs across the region.

This position plays a central role in driving strategic and operational outcomes, overseeing site operations, budgets, human resources, IT, facilities, and community engagement. The Regional Manager leads a culture of continuous improvement, managing complex priorities while while fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships to support effective program delivery.

The role requires significant operational leadership experience within complex environments, supported by postgraduate qualifications or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, staff leadership and organisational development are essential, along with highly developed analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
