The Opportunity
The Monash Business School is looking for a casual Senior Student Services Officer to provide high-level administrative and student services support across the Business School, helping deliver an excellent experience throughout the student lifecycle. You will provide specialist advice, resolve complex student enquiries and support activities including course advice, admissions, enrolment, progression, completion and co-curricular programs.
This casual role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy and varied environment and can use sound judgement to manage complex matters. You will contribute to continuous improvement, data and reporting activities, and build strong relationships with students, staff and stakeholders to support consistent and effective service delivery.
About You
You will have experience in student services, administration or a related environment, with excellent organisational skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. You will be confident managing competing priorities, solving problems and developing effective administrative processes and systems.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively and exercise initiative and judgement when dealing with complex matters. Experience working in a complex educational environment and familiarity with student administration systems such as Callista will be highly regarded.
