Your Impact

 

As a Business Development Executive within our Away From Home channel, you’ll own a high-potential territory across Woy Woy, Gosford, Wyong, Belmont and Charlestown, driving growth across our multi-beverage portfolio.

 

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll partner closely with customers to grow distribution, volume and brand presence, while delivering against clear sales and execution targets. You’ll play a key role in bringing the One Asahi strategy to life across your territory.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Build and execute commercial plans to deliver sales, distribution and execution targets within your territory
  • Grow product range, space, visibility and promotional compliance in line with business priorities
  • Identify and deliver incremental growth opportunities through pricing, promotions and in-store activation
  • Develop strong, long-term customer relationships, understanding key drivers and tailoring solutions
  • Maintain consistent call coverage and territory planning to maximise impact and efficiency
  • Monitor territory performance, using data and insights to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to drive performance and compliance
  • Prospect and win new business to expand distribution and market share
  • Ensure adherence to agreed trading terms, pricing and compliance standards

 

About You

 

  • Previous experience in FMCG or field-based sales (or similar customer-facing commercial role)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
  • Commercially minded with a track record of delivering against sales targets
  • Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Highly organised with strong planning and time management capability
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the ability to manage a territory autonomously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to sell both products and broader value propositions
  • Current full driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the territory
