We are looking to recruit a wide range of friendly and professional administrative staff to join the Mental Health Division of the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN). You will be working with like-minded individuals in a collaborative, positive and supportive team environment that strives to add value to the organisation and develop and deliver positive outcomes to our clients.

We are seeking various Administrative Support staff for appointment across a variety of locations in the Mental Health Services in the south of Adelaide including;

  • Flinders Medical Centre
  • Marion GP+
  • Noarlunga Hospital
  • The Jamie Larcombe Centre
  • Repat Health Precinct

About the Role: 

In this role, your duties can include: 

  • maintaining client records
  • scheduling appointments
  • answering telephone & counter enquiries
  • dealing discreetly, tactfully and compassionately with distressed consumers in sensitive situations

To be successful in this role, some ideal attributes are: 

  • Experience in the provision of a range of administrative support functions
  • The ability to communicate well within all aspects of the role both verbally and written
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Be well organised & able to use your initiative
