About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CaFHS team as a Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), where you will be responsible for:

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Provide proficient, person centred, clinical nursing care to clients in a defined team
• Monitor client care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved
• Oversee the provision of nursing care within a team
• Assists and supports the Nurse Unit Manager or equivalent in management, clinical, and education activities
• Promote continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with the Regional Team Manager or equivalent of the team
