• Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Port Lincoln Hospital - Emergency Department
• Salary: RN/RM2C $87,416 - $110,497 p.a.
• Permanent Full-time position working over a 7 day roster

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Must have at least 3 years contemporary experience in an Emergency Department with a demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice. 
• Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses also required.
• Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision.

Port Lincoln Hospital is the largest hospital in the Eyre and Far North region, with 48 beds, and provides a range of services including Emergency, obstetrics/maternity, surgical, general medicine, renal dialysis, medium level chemotherapy, pharmacy, dental and Allied Health. Situated in a beautiful coastal location, Port Lincoln Hospital is one of four rural general hospitals in South Australia, and has a range of clinical specialties along with a large and stable workforce.
