Join SA Health in a key nursing leadership role supporting Remote Health Monitoring and chronic disease management across regional South Australia. As Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you will play a central role in delivering effective, efficient models of care that use telehealth and home monitoring to support people with chronic and complex conditions. Working closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager and multidisciplinary teams, you will help improve access to care, reduce hospital demand, and strengthen continuity of care for patients closer to home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of remote health monitoring and chronic disease services across regional SA.
  • Provide high-quality nursing and/or midwifery care using telehealth and home monitoring models.
  • Contribute to reducing hospital admissions, length of stay, and patient travel.
  • Support leadership, guidance, and development of nursing staff within the RHM team.
  • Assist with unit management activities including staffing, rostering, and resource planning.

It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in the RSS’s three Adelaide offices.
