Join the Rural Support Service (RSS) as an Administration Officer supporting the Remote Health Monitoring (RHM) Service. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for business operations, projects, audits, and day-to-day service delivery. You will work collaboratively with the Data and Analytics Manager and the RHM team to ensure accurate data management, efficient service processes, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, prepare agendas and minutes, and support stakeholder communication.
  • Manage patient and clinic bookings, update client demographic information, and assist with referral processing.
  • Maintain records, databases, and reports in accordance with SA Health standards, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and the development of office systems and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to support service delivery and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

The RSS is a business unit in SA Health and provides services throughout regional South Australia to support the six regional local health networks (LHNs). It employs around 260 people who work in 37 regional, rural and remote SA locations, or in the RSS’s three Adelaide offices.
