Join us in a newly created strategic and influential role where you’ll shape the culture, capability, and performance of the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. As a senior member of the People & Culture team reporting to the Director People and Culture, you will lead organisation-wide initiatives that enhance leadership, strengthen workforce development, and drive positive organisational change. This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and evaluate programs that support a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic OD initiatives across LCLHN.
- Provide high-level consultancy, advice, and support to leaders on OD, culture, and workforce development matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including training providers and education institutions.
- Manage OD projects and work plans to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with organisational priorities.
- Oversee corporate orientation and contribute to leadership development and culture-building programs.
- Oversee the mandatory training schedule including accuracy of data and regular reviews (iLearn)
- Support talent attraction, workforce development activities, and participation in career fairs/expos.
- Drive continuous improvement of OD processes, training frameworks, and service delivery.
- Contribute to People & Culture team goals while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.

Our Organisation
We serve a population of over 67,000 people in the Limestone Coast, as well as residents from Western Victoria. We employ over 1400 people, with 1.2% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and we are also supported by a team of approximately 600 hardworking volunteers.
