Rewarding Career Opportunity: Residential Care Support Worker

Join a supportive team dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents in a Residential Care Home. In this role, you will provide direct client services, contributing to high-quality, person-centred care while assisting with daily activities, diversional therapy, and routine documentation. You will work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the facility, helping residents maintain independence and a meaningful quality of life.

This role provides opportunities to develop practical skills, gain experience in care delivery, and contribute to a positive, caring environment for residents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
  • Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
