About the role

As a Radiographer, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports accurate diagnosis and treatment across a wide range of clinical specialties. Using advanced imaging equipment and your professional expertise, you’ll undertake more complex examinations with confidence, working with a high level of autonomy while always keeping patient safety, comfort and care at the forefront.

This role also offers the chance to make a lasting impact beyond each scan. You’ll support and mentor fellow radiographers, newly graduated practitioners and students, sharing your knowledge and helping others grow in their practice. As part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to quality improvement and research initiatives, collaborate with clinical colleagues across the service, and enjoy a role that blends technical excellence, leadership and meaningful connection with patients and peers alike.

About You

You’re a skilled and motivated Radiographer who brings strong clinical capability, sound judgement and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care. You enjoy working collaboratively, adapt easily to change and take pride in delivering safe, high-quality imaging services.

  • Degree-qualified Diagnostic Radiographer, registered with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia and licensed (or eligible) to operate diagnostic radiation equipment in South Australia
  • Demonstrated experience performing a broad range of complex general radiography procedures with a strong focus on quality, safety and clinical decision-making
  • Confident communicator and team contributor, able to work autonomously, support multidisciplinary teams and positively engage with staff, students and patients
  • Sound knowledge of radiation safety, quality improvement, RIS/PACS and medico-legal responsibilities, with a commitment to safe practice, learning and inclusive care
