About the role

As a Senior Consultant, Organisational Development, you’ll shape culture, lift capability and help CALHN’s people thrive. Working closely with leaders and partners, you’ll deliver contemporary OD and learning initiatives that strengthen performance and support strategic goals across the network.

  • Lead and deliver organisation-wide strategic organisational development initiatives aligned to CALHN’s priorities.
  • Provide expert advice and partnership to senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics and organisational risk.
  • Lead team-based culture reviews, including diagnostics, stakeholder engagement, analysis and recommendations.
  • Design and oversee implementation of culture and organisational improvement initiatives that translate insight into sustained, system-level change.
  • Contribute to broader organisational development priorities and initiatives across the network.
  • Support and strengthen the capability of the Organisational Development team through collaboration and coaching.
