About the Role

Lead CALHN’s enterprise risk and compliance teams you will support shaping safe, high-quality health care through strong governance and processes. Build systems, guide teams, and partner with staff, patients and consumers to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain risk and compliance frameworks

  • Act as a custodian for the risk and compliance processes including supporting the organisation to deliver the processes
  • Drive quality improvement across governance and safety systems

  • Lead projects, programs and research with strategic impact

  • Mentor and guide a skilled team of risk and compliance staff

  • Advise leaders and stakeholders on risk, compliance and assurance

About You

You are a confident leader ready to shape and guide health services with impact.

  • Graduate or post-graduate qualification in health, management, or related field

  • Proven leadership and strong skills in communication and problem solving

  • Experience leading projects, services, or teams through complex change

  • Knowledge of health legislation, quality improvement, and risk governance

  • Skilled in report writing, presentations, and making strategic decisions
