About the Role

As an Administrative Data Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the team by managing and maintaining accurate data and providing essential administrative support. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will ensure that information is recorded, updated and shared efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of the service.

You’ll work closely with staff across the service, supporting a range of administrative functions including data entry, reporting and records management. About you

You’re a proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting high-quality service delivery. In this role, your ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality will be essential to your success.

  • A solid understanding of medical terminology.

  • Strong administrative and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and familiarity with hospital systems.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and show empathy and professionalism.

  • Demonstrated initiative, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
