  • Base Salary Range: $98,478 - $104,165 p.a
  • In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

About the Role:

As the Manager Community Engagement, you will lead the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the FUNLHN Consumer and Community Engagement Framework, ensuring alignment with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Partnering with Consumers Standard. This significant and complex framework is delivered on a three-year cycle and supports a range of engagement initiatives, including Health Advisory Councils, the Aboriginal Consumer and Community Engagement Strategy, the Mental Health Consumer and Carer Participation Program, and regional community network activities. In this role, you will also provide leadership and management to Volunteer Coordinator staff, delivering expert advice, innovation and consultancy to strengthen meaningful consumer and community partnerships across the Local Health Network.

About You:

  • Experience in community engagement practice.
  • Experience planning, designing, implementing and evaluating projects and programs.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and forums.
