Overview:

The Senior Demand and Performance Analyst is responsible for the planning, delivery and management of data analytics and reporting relating to inventory, imprest and supply chain performance. This will involve developing and implementing business rules, documenting standard operating procedures, creating and updating reports/dashboards and monitoring key performance indicators with a focus on continuous improvement.

The key objectives for this role are:

  • Development and monitoring of KPIs related to inventory, imprest and supply chain performance.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize inventory levels by aligning with demand to ensure product availability and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand and develop requirements for reporting and data analytics.
  • Liaising with all other Procurement and Supply Chain Management teams regarding contract, purchasing, demand planning and supply chain strategies as it relates to inventory management.
  • Supervise that inventory methodologies and principles are applied at all times.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and business rules as required.
  • Creation and monitoring of inventory management and supply chain performance reports.
  • Participate in the development of supply chain optimisation plans and strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory data, control procedures and practices.
