Join SA Health as a Part-time Administrative Officer - Continuous Improvement. Based in Adelaide Metro Southern within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, this ongoing position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful healthcare improvements while developing your career in a supportive environment.

About the role: 

Reporting to the Director this role is responsible for efficient and effective administrative support services and is required to provide administrative support to the Director Continuous Improvement Unit. You will support a busy team with essential administrative tasks, coordinate education programs, and manage diary coordination within our Regional Office. This role combines administrative excellence with continuous improvement initiatives, making every day varied and rewarding. 

 Duties for the role will include:

  • providing efficient and effective administrative and project support.
  • Able to make decisions to achieve completion of tasks within strict timeframes.
  • coordinating diary appointments, meetings, and preparation of paperwork for meetings, training programs, and workshops including CIP, IMS.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • providing administrative support to committees, including agenda preparation, minute taking and follow up of action items.

About you:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people in a verbal and written manner.
  • Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email and word processing.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining appropriate records and filing systems.
  • Awareness of person and family centred care principles and consumer engagement principles and procedures.
