About the Role

Lead nursing excellence in a fast-paced Emergency Department. You will manage teams, shape practice, drive patient flow and safety, and support a culture of high-quality care across the department. Make a real impact on staff development and patient outcomes every day.

• Lead nurses and oversee daily department operations
• Drive safe, high-quality care and practice standards
• Build effective systems for patient flow and service delivery
• Support staff growth through mentoring and performance guidance
• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders and partner services
• Implement strategies to enhance patient and caregiver experience
• Monitor, evaluate and improve clinical and operational outcomes
• Step in for leadership as required

About You

You are a confident emergency nursing leader ready to drive safe, high-quality care and support a busy, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

• Registered Nurse with current practising certificate
• Skilled in emergency nursing and complex patient care
• Experienced leader who guides teams through change and growth
• Strong knowledge of quality, safety and risk management systems
• Able to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
