Overview

The Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking two highly organised and motivated Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive, confidential and high-level administrative support to the:

  • Executive Director Medical Services, and

  • Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery

These are exciting opportunities to work at the heart of regional health leadership, supporting two key executive portfolios within LCLHN.

About the role

Reporting to the respective Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the executive office. You will provide high-level administrative and project support, manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and briefings, prepare correspondence and reports, and liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will also:

  • Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations and correspondence
  • Manage records and document control systems
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and official functions
  • Provide project and research support as required

This role requires discretion, initiative, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and experience

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience providing confidential executive-level administrative support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience preparing agendas, minutes, reports and briefing documents
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels
  • Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Experience within health services or the public sector will be highly regarded.
