About the Role:

A major part of your role will be ensuring our service remains responsive, organised, and client-focused. You’ll help maintain a seamless workflow by contributing to a collaborative, integrated team culture that supports both internal stakeholders and external partners. Your eye for detail will shine as you manage official medical records and maintain accurate data , overseeing service-specific databases and spreadsheets, ensure the electronic record tracking system reflects the correct physical record locations, and maintain all medical record documentation in line with policy requirements. Additionally, you’ll manage Child Protection Services departmental files with precision and consistency.
