About the Role

Lead expert nutrition care that helps people regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, shape evidence based practice and help improve patient flow, recovery and successful discharge across CALHN.

• Lead nutrition care for complex rehabilitation patients
• Build person centred care plans and goals
• Guide dietitians, assistants and students
• Drive quality improvement and service excellence
• Support discharge and hospital avoidance pathways

About You

You're an experienced dietitian who enjoys leading others, delivering exceptional rehabilitation care and improving outcomes for people with complex health needs.

• Eligible for Dietitians Australia membership
• Expertise in complex rehabilitation nutrition care
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff
• Strong communication and evidence based practice skills
• Knowledge of quality improvement and rehabilitation care
