About the Role

Join a recovery-focused team where your expertise can help people achieve meaningful goals and greater independence. As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver evidence-based care, build strong partnerships and support positive mental health outcomes.

• Assess consumer needs and develop tailored clinical plans
• Deliver individual and group interventions to support recovery
• Coordinate care and plan safe, successful discharges
• Collaborate with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Build community links that support integration and ongoing wellbeing
• Guide students, Allied Health Assistants and junior clinicians
• Contribute to education, quality improvement and clinical supervision

About You

You’re a registered Occupational Therapist who brings sound clinical judgement, a recovery-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively across a multidisciplinary environment.

• Hold a degree enabling registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Hold current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
• Apply evidence-based assessment and intervention skills
• Build therapeutic relationships and support collaborative care
• Communicate well, prioritise work and use sound clinical judgement
