About the role

Lead the RAH Nuclear Medicine Research Program and help shape the future of healthcare through innovative research. As Head Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will provide expert technical leadership, guide a multidisciplinary team and oversee the delivery of research trials, from feasibility and logistics to radiopharmaceutical supply and licensing for novel tracers.

Working across clinical, research and operational teams, you will champion patient safety, ethical practice and radiation compliance while strengthening service quality and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to policy development, staff education and data management, while maintaining a clinical workload as an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist and applying advanced techniques to support high quality patient care.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist who brings advanced clinical expertise, research leadership and a commitment to safe, high quality patient care.

• Hold an approved Nuclear Medicine degree and AHPRA registration
• Hold or qualify for South Australian radiation licences
• Bring advanced SPECT, PET and Bone Densitometry expertise
• Demonstrate clinical research, trial and project management experience
