Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient preventive and breakdown maintenance across the facility.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established schedules and procedures.
• Support the Facilities Supervisor in ensuring all buildings, equipment, and services operate safely and effectively.
• Contribute to a high standard of presentation and functionality across the health service.

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled individual with hands-on maintenance experience and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. You’ll be organised, reliable, and able to work within established procedures while effectively communicating with the Facilities Supervisor and broader team.
