What the opportunity involves:
Our Health Business, Cleanaway Daniels, is Australia’s leading provider of medical waste services, making a safer, sustainable future possible for the healthcare sector.
We are approaching an exciting time of growth and have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Health Services Business Unit.
You will interpret contracts and functions related to contracts, including price adjustments, and support commercial finance initiatives across the business.
Based in Dandenong, this is a national role with minimal travel required.
Are you ready to hit the ground running?
Responsibilities:
- Business partner with sales, maintaining the SME customer rate card for pricing requests that fall outside of the rate card & rate card usage and pricing analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Undertake detailed analytical evaluations on various strategic and operational projects relating to contracts and price adjustments.
- Identify EBIT leakage opportunities, run analysis and present recommendations.
- Month-end processing and reporting on asset journals, sales reporting, and analysis.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance business initiatives and process capabilities to maximise effectiveness.
Selection Criteria:
We seek a commercially adept, strategic, proactive, results-oriented analyst passionate about driving growth.
You have at least three years of demonstrated Commercial Finance Analysis experience with a process improvement mindset.
Honed ability to decipher intricate contractual language, discerning the commercial ramifications of each clause, and conducting commercial analyses relating to contracts and pricing adjustments.
Provel ability to build detailed Excel models.
You have strong interpersonal skills essential for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. You cultivate trust and rapport with clients and partners, driving long-term business success.
You are an excellent verbal and written communicator. You convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively when collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
