About the Role:

As the Senior ERP Applications Analyst, you will provide functional leadership, governance, support, own the application roadmap, and drive continuous improvement.

You will partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and various geographically dispersed IT teams to translate business needs into effective application solutions whilst ensuring delivery commitments, system capability, and long-term architectural alignment are achieved.

• Own the operational delivery of ERP applications, aligning services to product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities. 
• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to evaluate application solutions and support informed technology decisions.
• Manage incidents and problems end‑to‑end, driving timely resolution and clear communication across varying levels of seniority.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts, ensuring effective workload management, capability uplift, and performance outcomes.
• Use service and usage insights to optimise application performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Represent application operations in governance forums, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, while promoting best practices and documentation.

About you
You are an experienced ERP application professional with strong people leadership capability and a collaborative approach to delivering reliable services in complex enterprise environments.

• Experience delivering and supporting ERP platforms such as JDE, Oracle Fusion, or Dynamics, with a strong understanding of core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, or Field Service.
• Proven people leadership and vendor management experience within IT application delivery and support teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, managing competing priorities, and taking ownership through to completion.
• Experience in consultancy, major transformation programs and data reporting and dashboards (SQL/Oracle) is highly regarded.
