The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to be a key part of a fast‑paced, collaborative team, supporting both administration and accounts functions. You’ll play an active role in keeping financial and operational processes running smoothly by ensuring purchase orders, invoices, and records are processed accurately and on time, while also delivering reliable administrative and customer support.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, gaining broad exposure to day‑to‑day operations and contributing through strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support while delivering friendly, professional customer service
  • Assist with raising purchase orders and ensure approval processes are followed correctly
  • Process invoices accurately, including data entry and matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Enter invoice and payment information into finance systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Set up, maintain, and update customer and supplier accounts
  • Complete data entry tasks and ensure records are well organised and kept up to date
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, customers, and key stakeholders

About You


You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable working with numbers, with a genuine commitment to accuracy and getting the details right. You bring a positive, can‑do attitude to your work, communicate clearly and professionally, and enjoy being part of a supportive team. You’re enthusiastic about contributing, happy to help where needed, and able to manage routine tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a busy environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role, including exposure to invoicing and purchase orders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand how accurate financial and administrative processes support wider business outcomes
  • A high level of commitment and dedication to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers
  • Clear communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach
  •  Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline would be highly regarded
