The Opportunity 

We are looking for reliable and safety-focused HR Drivers to join our growing Shepparton team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate a variety of waste collection vehicles while providing an essential service to local businesses and communities.

As a Multi System Operator, you will:

• Operate rear lift, hook lift and front lift collection vehicles
• Complete waste collection and transportation activities safely and efficiently
• Load and unload commercial and industrial waste
• Deliver loads to recycling and disposal facilities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily safety checks

About You 

• Current HR Licence (minimum)
• Previous truck driving experience
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual duties
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Clean driving record

Experience operating waste collection vehicles is highly regarded but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
