Manager IT Infrastructure Operations - 527393
The Manager of IT Infrastructure Operations oversees and coordinates the daily operations of the Infrastructure Technicians. Manages the scheduling of events or work orders for operational and project work across campus. Works closely with construction administration, facilities, OIT project coordinators, and OIT network engineers to plan for future cable paths and protect campus fiber and copper plant. Documents network infrastructure both underground cable plant and campus building network and fiber paths.

The Research Systems and Reporting Director provides strategic leadership in the implementation, integration, and long-term sustainment of enterprise electronic research administration (eRA) systems. Ensures research systems support the university’s research strategy, compliance responsibilities, and operational needs.
