Manages multiple program budgets. Provides supervision for graduate and undergraduate student office staff. Supports benchmarking, assessment, and evaluation of programs/data to guide future planning. Serves as the logistics liaison for large-scale programs hosted by OUR, including the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Conference (URCA), Faculty Research Showcase, and OUR Paper Writing competition. May have teaching responsibilities for UA 155 or UA 156, the courses associated with the Emerging Scholars Program. Travels as needed to recruit for the Research Apprenticeship Program.
Systems Analyst II - Department Only Search - 529109
The Systems Analyst II plans and configures low- to moderate-complexity software systems to support the administrative function of the University under moderate supervision. This may include departmental and moderately critical applications. Assists in the development of processes. Creates workflows. Installs, configures, supports, and maintains integrations for vendor-supplied software systems. Works on a team and collaborates with specific departments, colleges, and customers around campus. Supports their needs, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and responding to their questions and concerns in a timely manner. May provide guidance and training to entry-level Systems Analysts.
