The OSP Grant and Contract Specialist II assists researchers and staff in the review and processing of sponsored project proposals and budgets under moderate supervision. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local government regulations related to pre-award and/or post-award sponsored project activities. Provides oversight and review of grant and contract activities prepared by the researchers and their administrative teams and provides resolution on moderately complex matters. Reviews and approves proposals with responsibility for timely submission to the sponsor. May provide training to OSP and college level staff, including use of electronic research administration systems and regulatory requirements. Serves as the liaison between the University and the sponsor.
Nursing Simulation Lab Assistant - 529066
The Nursing Simulation Lab Assistant assists with the day-to-day operation of the Clinical Practice Laboratory (CPL) and the simulation center.
AMSTI Materials Worker - 529295
The AMSTI Materials Worker assists with the daily operation of the materials center. Constructs and refurbishes science and math teaching kits per the specifications of AMSTI-UA and AMSTI-SDE. Assists with inventory control through stocking kits and kit supplies, maintaining stock, and rotating stock. Assists with and maintains the organization of the materials center to ensure efficient use of space and safe storage of materials. Maintains a safe work environment.
Academic Advisor II - 529330
The Academic Advisor II provides guidance to University students on academic progress, courses, University resources, etc. Identifies courses to be completed in upcoming semesters. Explains University and College policies. Provides guidance and trains entry-level advisors. May teach compass course as needed.

Water Quality Lab Technician - 529288
The Water Quality Lab Technician provides advanced technical inspection, testing, verification, and qualification of laboratory instruments, sensors, and analytical systems using established and specialized procedures. Conducts diagnostics, adjustments, calibration, and complex repairs on laboratory and field equipment. Evaluates instrument performance and associated data output to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards, identifying anomalies or performance deficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain system reliability and data integrity.

The Information Security Compliance Analyst I maintains information security policies, procedures, and controls of research systems, especially those supporting Classified Information and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), under close supervision.
Research Engineer - 529303
The Research Engineer uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to perform varied scientific research requiring application and adaptation of established techniques, procedures, and criteria. Evaluates, selects, and applies standard scientific techniques, procedures, and criteria to accomplish a variety of research assignments. Performs various research projects to include conducting experiments, writing research proposals, writing technical papers and research reports.
College Research Coordinator I - 529250
The College Research Coordinator I assists researchers and staff within a department, unit, or college with proposal preparation and review, proposal budget development, award administration, and related activities under general supervision. Provides guidance on compliance with Federal, State, and Local government regulations related to pre-award and/or post-award sponsored project activities. Participates in training as required by the Office for Research & Economic Development and serves as a liaison for the college to ORED.

The Law School Academic Records Associate maintains accurate and secure student records for the Law School by handling the administrative matters relating to evaluating transfer credits, advising students, course scheduling and degree verifications. Audits student records to make sure they meet requirements for graduation. Answers student questions regarding registration, exams, grades, and bar applications. Assists students with registration, including drop/ adds. Assists in the administration and maintenance of all midterm and final exams, including preparation of exam instructions, collection of pledge forms to ensure exam integrity, and retention of exam files. Prepares records, including certification of graduation and confirmation of character and fitness, for bar applications in multiple jurisdictions.
Professional Development Coach & Kelly LEAD Instructor - 529283
The Office of Undergraduate and International Programs in the Culverhouse College of Business is seeking a Professional Development Coach and Kelly LEAD Instructor. This position appointment will begin on August 16, 2026. Primary responsibilities will include teaching across the Kelly LEAD Professional Development courses, small-group professional coaching and mentoring on Kelly LEAD professional competencies, and ongoing activities related to the Kelly LEAD Program.
