Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Desktop Support Technician III - 528103
The Desktop Support Technician III serves as lead technician. Provides guidance and training to junior technicians in understanding work assignments, resolving problems, learning new skills, gaining needed context knowledge, and dealing with customer relationship management challenges and issues.
