The First Year Student Retention Program Manager plans, develops, executes, and assesses several student-oriented programs designed to support persistence and retention of first-year students such as Welcome Home Block Party, Camp 1831, and First Year Navigators. Supports a broad commitment to first-year student success with a focus on serving students through large-scale programs and targeted retention initiatives including communication efforts for case management of student participants.
